How do my customers redeem PTC Points in my business? Print

They should inform you that they will be paying by redeeming PTC Points. Once a User redeems a selected amount of PTC Points, a notification screen will appear on the User’s App confirming the PTC Point redemption.

Additionally, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of the PTC Points redemption and your updated balance.
